DIESEL SPECIALISTS INC. SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICES

Orders Ship 1-2 days from the date order is taken. Orders placed on Fridays after 3:30 PM ET will not be shipped until the following Monday. We use UPS as our shipper. Orders made outside the US will be contacted by us for authorization, shipping, and payment information.

RETURNS

We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from invoice unless you have contacted us by phone and we have made an exception. We will not accept any items that have been opened and installed: due to customer error such as ordering wrong part or incorrectly installing product.

All returns will be inspected before exchange or credit is issued. Call 1-800-785-0775 for customer service on returns and exchanges.

CORE CHARGE POLICY

The core is your old unit, which is replaced by our new or rebuilt unit. Your core must be shipped to us within 30 days to avoid late charges. After we receive your core we check the unit is indentical, then check for abnormal damages such as Cracked housings, sezied hydraulic plungers or seized head/rotors. After we confirm normal wear and tear we will proceed to refund you 100% of your core charge. Some new items, such as fuel injection pumps and injectors still require the return of an old core. Please call us if you may or won't make the 30 day grace period.

WAIVING THE REFUNABLE CORE CHARGE is an option. For some people in certain situations this can be a good alternative. To waive the refundable core charge, we will contact you in 1-2 days over the phone with the number you have provided us. usually we will contact you the next buisiness day. Once we contact you over phone you must provide us a valid credit card or bank card that we will hold in place of a core charge.

*We will not charge your card unless we have not received your old core within the 30 day grace*

*We reserve the right to deny refund OR up to 50% of the original core charge for core returns after the thirty days. The refund amount, if any, will be determined at time of return.*

*If none of the options above work with your certain circumstances, feel free to give us a call we have other options such as shipping your old pump to us with check or money order ect. We will try our best to work with you.*
